IMS Products and Services
IMS product offerings include the distribution of preference information to on-line cleaning of lists for mailers, e-mailers and telemarketers. Through its relationship with the DMA, IMS is in communication with various state and federal lawmakers for the express purpose of developing products to help direct marketers comply with current and pending legislation.
Preference Services
Save money by doing the right thing.
The Preference Services are an effective means of purging your lists of consumers who want to receive less advertising contact. If you are not already a subscriber, you should be. You can save both time and marketing dollars by using the Preference Services to eliminate the low quality prospects from your list.
Individuals register with one or more of thePreference Services by sending their information to The DMA or registering via the DMA Consumer Help website. Consumers learn about the availability of the service through state and local consumer agencies and print and broadcast advertising. Using our service, you are then able to purge your lists of these individuals.
Direct Marketing Association members are required to use these services as part of The DMA Privacy Promise.
